Vanora Beach Pillow Returns:

Return Period:
You may return your Vanora beach pillow within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@vanora.co.za to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide Information: Include your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Return Shipping: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  • Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund Process:
Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your beach pillow for a different style or color, please contact us, and we will assist you with the exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that are:

  • Used or damaged
  • Purchased from unauthorized retailers
